Prophecies for America

This book, "Prophecies for America", is based on a series of dreams given to the author while on a mission trip to Costa Rica. They give a sobering picture of what may be on the horizon for the people and land of America. The dreams are given as a warning, but also as an opportunity to pray for America, that the course we are presently on can possibly  be altered. "If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land."  Other stories in the book are taken from ministry experiences through the many years of preaching in prisons and revival settings.  

This book, "Prophecies for America", was inspired by a series of dreams given to the author when on a mission trip to Costa Rica. Who would have thought that the jungles of Costa Rica would be the backdrop for such powerful dreams about America? They present a sobering picture of what could be in store for the people of America in the days ahead. When will it happen? Can the outcome be altered if the people pray? Will God's mercy triumph over His judgment? Those questions and more are discussed in this book. In the final analysis, only God knows the answers. Other stories in the book come out of experiences of the author ministering in the prisons and in church revivals here in America. They also revolve around the prophetic gift, and show how God can move in a powerful way in the lives of those willing to listen to Him.

Jim Rowh is Founder and Director of Gather the Outcasts Ministry, Inc., a non profit evangelism ministry based in Kenya. He has been ministering in countries around the world in evangelism crusades, prisons, and church revivals since 2001. His is also Chairman of Kenya Outreach Ministries, an outreach in Kenya that is in the process of establishing a children's home in West Kenya. This book is a followup to his first published book, "Gather the Outcasts: Reaching the Lost in Africa".
