This poetry book is a set of poems I have written and collected over the years of my teenage life to my mid twenty's. Its about mental health like depression, or anxiety my needs, my wanting's and my growth. I formed to express my words with the images of nature and beliefs.

 A set of poetry written to express the way a person viewed their life from depression, anxiety to just feeling stuck or the presence of stillness. Its a journey where one set out to find growth and light through their own darkness.
