About the author
Kelvin Jimenez was born and raised in the Washington Heights section of New York, New York City. He earned his BS in Management Information Systems with a minor in Technical Communications, and his Masters in Engineering Global Operations Management from Clarkson University. Now Kelvin lives in Marietta, Georgia with his wife, Chantal, and his two energetic, wise sons—one of whom is fascinated by baseball, video games, and computers while the other prefers trucks, landscaping, engineering, and outdoor-related activities. "Papi Por Que" is the author's first book and has yielded an experience that Kelvin describes as, "extremely humbling and eye opening." He created this book to bridge gaps but also, most importantly, to shorten the learning curve for kids who currently have questions and for parents who had questions as children that were not answered.
