About the author
Jeanne Cohen is a freelance writer and the author of several children's books, a collection of short stories, and a cookbook. She has ridden elephants in India, walked with penguins in Antarctica, visited the Great Wall in China, snorkeled in Tahiti, spent time with koalas in Australia, taken a safari in South Africa, and seen the breathtaking northern lights. She has skied in the Alps, drunk beer in Germany, eaten world-class food in Italy, and attended the Monaco races. She has sheared sheep in New Zealand, enjoyed an opera in the Sydney Opera House, explored Buenos Aires, and most of Europe. She visited the Hermitage in St. Petersburg and swam in Israel's Dead Sea. She is a native of Baltimore, Maryland but she has lived in several American cities before settling in Delray Beach, Florida with her husband and her beloved Morkie, Annie.
