About the author
Carmen Malouf Florek is from Jackson, Mississippi. She loves literature and has spent her life telling fun stories and appreciating the art of word play. She attended the University of South Florida in Tampa and later moved to California to pursue a writing career, where she spent 6 years enjoying the Pacific Coast and trying to build a career. But her dream to get married and start a family led her back to Tampa, where she currently lives. She is married and has a son and loves encouraging reading and expressive storytelling. She continues to write, while working full-time and teaching Pilates on social media. She takes great value in being a role model to youth and providing a positive example to others.
