On the Pacific Northwest border, large-scale smuggling is controlled by a motorcycle gang led by Joseph Branson, an ex-Navy SEAL and Chief of an Indian band. Their successful operation draws the attention of the FBI when Joseph ambushes and kills two Border Patrol agents using a highly classified weapon.

When the same type of weapon turns up in the hands of the Taliban and Al Qaida, the FBI and CIA are tasked to identify the source -which turns out to be a factory the Chief has set up in partnership with the inventor and a Russian arms dealer.

Follow the action as the gang battles the FBI and distributes their arms to jihadists.

Description

Although smuggling is within the aegis of the Border Patrol and various ICE sub-agencies, the FBI steps in when two Border Patrol agents are killed by smugglers. The pursuit of the killers not only uncovers drug, people and gun distribution rings in America but also unveils a major plot to supply a secret weapon to the Taliban and Al Qada and sub plots of the State department, Canadian spy agencies, NATO and the CIA
