George relives his memories after service in the US Navy returning to his hometown of Baltimore, Maryland working briefly for better part of a year he gets restless and moves out to Colorado, shortly after once again the itch makes the wanderlust head to the Golden State of California. There he settles attends College on the G.I. Bill starts his own enterprise enlists some local talent and over time has mentored friends that have become very successful. After close to thirty years time catches up and responsibilities back in Baltimore beckons, my family needs me. Thus starts new ventures along with more family time and more entrepreneurship.

George's journey from his home in Baltimore, Maryland to the other side of the country Orange County, California getting his start in the construction trades is an epic tale of joy, laughter and some sorrows. Great friendships were born in several states and adventures along with celebrity encounters along the way makes for tales that will tickle you and some will draw a tear or two. Suddenly life changes and he is called back to Baltimore to attend to his mother and father and even more life changes, becoming a host of a radio program, speaking at senior centers and advocating for changes in the Maryland Home Improvement regulations in Annapolis, Maryland. Even more local characters show up for a laugh and a tear.
