About the author
Dr. Liana Lianov is a national leader in the lifestyle medicine community which emphasizes healthy lifestyles as a way to not only prevent, but also treat, chronic medical illness. She gives talks and workshops across a variety of venues inspiring professional and public audiences to make health and happiness habits. She is the current president of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She also serves on the board of the American College of Preventive Medicine and leads their initiative to provide training and tools to health providers offering lifestyle medicine services. Dr. Lianov has spent much of her career studying how to apply one’s Myers-Briggs personality to achieve and sustain habits that promote health and happiness. She leads the Health and Wellness Interest Area for the Association of Psychological Type International. She has recently focused her company HealthType™ on harnessing mobile technology and personality to drive health and happiness habits, culminating in this book.
