Municorn Dreams the Adventures of Frienday
by Nicholas Beas

Overview

A fun celebration of uniqueness where kindness, compassion and caring can lead to a world of unassuming fun and collective happiness. In this world, where everyone is marvelously unique; kindness, compassion and understanding can transport us all somewhere truly special if we allow it to happen. Frienday is my reminder that what we all have in common is that none of us are the same. I sincerely hope everyone that has an opportunity to take this journey finds a moment of joy and happiness that they can pass on to someone else. Kindness is contagious . . . . . . Do something simple to make someone smile and you'll often find yourself doing the same.

Description

In this world, where everyone is marvelously unique; kindness, compassion and understanding can transport us all somewhere truly special if we allow it to happen. Our 5 year old daughter, whom I believe was just over 2 when she named the main character "Frienday", embodies the care free spirit and genuine happiness we could all use a little more of these days.  Frienday is a reminder that what we all have in common is that none of us are the same.  I hope that anyone interested in this journey finds a moment of joy and happiness that they can pass on to someone else.

About the author

Father, husband, brother, uncle, first time (and maybe last time) author and eternal optimist. So here we are . . . . . . About 8 years and 51 pandemic weekends later I finally have a finished product to share with the world. I can’t even count the number of times I wanted to give up on this, which is at least partially why it has taken 9 years to complete a 30 page children’s book with only 200 words in it.

If ever there was a time to try and complete this journey and finally get this little ray of nonsensical positivity out into the world I suppose this would be it. I sincerely hope that anyone that chooses to take this brief literary adventure enjoys the heartfelt whimsical ride and finds something positive and fun to take forward for themselves and share with others.
