Through the words & illustrations, this story brings to light the world of adoption. It touches on the different journeys a mother & child may take on their road to adoption. The pictures bring out the diversity not only in the adoption stories but also the people alike. We can wear different skin tones and still be connected at the heart. We aren’t all cut from the same cloth and yet every mother and child bonded by adoption is the definition of unconditional love. 

Passionate about writing things that matter to young impressionable minds. As a mom to a son whom I adopted at birth, I love watching him connect with a book that is not only entertaining but also instills knowledge and has diversity. Raise our kids to be the difference that we need in the world. My son is always my inspiration but I have been writing since I was a teen. I wanted to impact lives and move someone with my words. I feel blessed to be able to bring my words to your door and into your children's lives.
