This story follows Moe as she moves into a more constructive, positive lifestyle. Battling addictions, bad habits, and all of life stresses. Moe turns her pain into strength as she faces many obstacles and uses them as steps in her elevation.

Monichia Beal is the founder and CEO of Finesse Creations in Atlanta, Ga. The company started the movement womennworkboots that runs a commercial cleaning service, commercial lawn service, and mentoring service. With positivity as her main tool she strives in building up the youth and encouraging women in her community. Monichia spends her days off working in Corporate America's demanding food industry. Taking time out of her busy schedule she decided to tell her story in Moetivation; which is the first entry to a four part series titled Shirley's Babies.
