Included are many recipes that have photos and step by step instructions. There are many ideas, suggestions, detailed explanations, and tons of photos to get you mixing in the kitchen !

About Janet Rossi, the ZEEZZA... Zeezza is what the nieces, nephews, and many of her friends ... call her. She is the daughter of a Farmer, was in to Cattle Ranching, Horses, Restaurant work, some Spa and Salon work, loves her cats, loves family, likes simplicity, enjoys the outdoors, and loves everything artsy and creative. Janet loves to cook and create in the kitchen. She credits many good friends and family members for so much of what she has learned about food preparation and presentation. Janet loves taking pictures, has experimented, documented, and photographed many of her cooking experiences ... and has now used her photos and those experiences ... to create this cookbook. Janet loves to write ... lyrics and journaling ideas and thoughts. She loves learning new things ... activities include... learning the guitar, and maybe Spanish and Italian ... along with spending more time with her sewing, knitting, leather work, jewelry .... and of course ... she plans on spending more time ... cooking, baking, and mixing in her kitchen.
