Description
Midlife Crisis, Menopause, Teenagers all have one thing in common: YOU When experiencing one, two or even all three of these seasons, it can be a challenge to see the light in life. Kerstin invites you to find the radiance of this colorless time throughout provoking and, at times, humorous poetry. Be inspired, feel encouraged, and embrace the allure of the trails on our path, knowing you are not alone. Intentionally printed in black and white, this book will make you laugh, cry and touch your very soul. No matter what season you find yourself in, you will be able to identify with something in this book, emotionally or mentally... may it be a poem, a quote, or the trail marker, which gives you insight into where Kerstin found herself at the time these were inspired. It is a book meant for anyone who feels the pressure of moving forward and facing their next season of life.
About the author
When Kerstin was thrown into three seasons at one time, midlife, menopause and mom of a teenager, she not only reflected on those seasons, but also talked with her friends about theirs. It became evident that even though we are in different seasons at different times, many of us start out feeling lost and alone. Out of this turmoil she is now able to follow her passion, which is to encourage the women around her. She realized that we are never truly alone and is striving to come along side other ladies, have a conversation and be their companion for just a little while with her debut book, Mid-life Poetry. In it she is inviting the reader to join her on that winding trail of thoughts and feelings, which she climbed during her triple layered season and leave smiling and inspired.
