Brian "Essince" Collins
Considered the “poster hip hopper for the American dream” [URB Magazine], Multi-Platinum music executive Brian Collins, professionally known as "Essince", was born into extreme poverty in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and put up for adoption at a young age before finally finding his place in entertainment. Raised in northeast Ohio, Essince began his music career at the age of 11. After successfully selling his first album in high school he’s since expanded his music and journalism career beyond state and national borders. With several successful tours of Asia, critically-acclaimed documentary transcription work, and multiple tours and sold out shows across the country, Collins established his company, Royal Heir Entertainment in 2008, which specializes in international Media, Marketing, and Distribution. He writes for various print and digital media outlets and over the years has been able to interview some of the best in the urban music industry like Tyrese, Jeezy, G-Unit, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Grammy-winning Lalah Hathaway and more. Essince currently has 13 #1 Billboard projects, and 2 #1 Radio hits under his belt as well as 4x Platinum Certification from RIAA.

Quincy "Big Heff" Taylor
Quincy Taylor started doing music promotions in 2001 with Boston's Landspeed Records. He became the promotions manager for the late Big Proof of the multi-platinum group, D12/Shady Records. In 2004, Quincy began ITW Marketing, a boutique firm specializing in brand awareness for clients including EA Sports, T Mobile, Toyota Scion, & more. Quincy later became the Ohio Valley Representative for EOne Music (Koch Records) and now represents Def Jam, working on the global brand development for their leading artists. 

With his promotion and touring acumen, Quincy develops new markets for his clients through retail promotion, taste maker events, radio interviews, and concert performances. He is now the Vice President of Midwest-based DJ Coalition,  “The Nerve Djs” and a founding member of the Ohio Hip Hop Awards & Music Conference. Quincy can be found on the road promoting stars or breaking new music on “The Big Heff Radio Show” and Midwest Connext TV which air across the country.
