Rachel Paz is committed to living her best life by authentic expression. On any given day, Paz spends some combination of time in nature, coaching clients at The Unfinishing School, chatting up grocery store clerks, meditation and energy practices, writing, cashing checks, dancing silly, snuggling, getting schooled in baking by her son, petting her favorite dog, speaking to groups, hot baths, facilitating retreats, staring at the ocean, and honoring her body with the attention and nutrients it desires.
