Lola loves her walks and loves that she can bring joy to so many lives. Get ready for an unforgettable story about a special dog who brought so much joy to the people she met throughout life. Lola always was a spunky, lovable, and playful girl! But as she got older, her romps and walks became shorter and shorter. Naturally, she started to feel a bit depressed that she could no longer go on many of the family adventures. But when the family decided to get her a stroller, everything changed! Lola loved riding throughout the streets of Boston. Charlie, her French bulldog pal, would frequently join Lola on her adventures. Together, they would make so many people smile and feel the warmth that can only come from a dog's love. This beautiful story reminds children of the importance of kindness and sharing joy to others. About the author
Lola joined Paula Zavrl's family when her father passed away in 2009. She quickly became a very large part of their lives. When she began to get older and couldn't go on walks, they bought her a stroller and started taking her for long walks around Boston. She loved it. Paula really started to notice how much of an impact she had on everyone she met. Their travels with Lola taught Paula and her family a real lesson about kindness. Paula could not think of a better way to share what a special girl she is and the importance of just taking the time to stop and say hello.
