Description
Leadership Is About Behavior, Not Titles teaches leaders worldwide how to apply AIR: action, impact, and results. This model addresses the four leadership challenges: (1) Context, (2) Application, (3) Workplace Culture and (4) Measurable Results to create successful leaders in any environment. Every day, leaders around the world influence workplace culture. Their ultimate goal is to solve problems. But are they effective? Do they lead by example? Are team members valued? How often does miscommunication result in lost opportunities? Is turnover soaring? Do leaders show favoritism to a particular group of people? How often does infighting occur? Is morale low and disruptive behavior high? Is the leader a bully? Is the work culture toxic? Is the company losing time, money, and talent? Shon Barnwell's new book, Leadership Is About Behavior, Not Titles: Insightful Traits for Action, Impact, and Results, provides impactful stories, concepts, and activities designed to develop and enhance critical leadership traits. This is the book every person wished they had before starting their first job, graduating from college, transitioning from co-worker to boss, or leading a new company. But it's likely to be one of your most rewarding life experiences as well. Don't be afraid to take the first step to build your skills! Each of us have a superpower.
