About the author
Toni (Antoinette) Amos is a trainer, internationally renowned speaker, author, and co-founder of Ragan & Amos Consulting which specializes in Cultural Competency and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Ms. Amos holds a Master of Arts degree in Social and Public Policy and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology of Deviance. Her area of expertise is in the interconnectivity of factors impacting social behavior. With over 25 years of experience in social services and government including holding positions as Director of a Head Start agency, Investigator for New York State Office of Children & Family Services, and Training Evaluator for Center for the Development of Human Services - SUNY Buffalo Research Foundation.
