Encouraging book! Instead of just praising kids for trying (which is a good thing too) this wonderful little story encourages the reader to do their best and to press toward EXCELLENCE in whatever they do. There's a greater reward in doing your best and this book is a good motivator to do just that. It also gently shows that there are consequences that we may not like if we don't do our best. It has charming characters (for a worm, lol), delightful illustrations, and a good lesson for every child. My grandchildren are getting a copy! Read more
