About the author
Carey Doheny Steffee is a first time author, whose personal stroke experience lead her to further study health care and Nutrition in an effort to build her knowledge and understanding of what ultimately culminated in a disabling health emergency after many years working in Silicon Valley.
Now residing in the Sierra foothills, she and her husband are wine grape farmers. She is also writing a fictional Utopian series; "The Lost World of the Nesses" that provides a platform to share her nutritional views towards living with healthfulness, Heartfulness, mindfulness, peacefulness, and Kindness.
Book One-The Guardian is due out in late 2020.
