She is a certified coach, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator certified practitioner, as well as the holder of a training and instructional design certificate from the Association of Talent Development. She has thirty years of experience in the financial industry, human resource consulting, training and outsourcing. Harris has taught undergraduate and graduate business courses and has supplied human resource and professional development training to small business owners for the US Small Business Administration, Pure Michigan Business Connect, Small Business Development Center, Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council and Great Lakes Women’s Business Council. Harris has been a guest speaker at numerous conferences and events including the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Association of African American Human Resource professionals (NAAAHR). The president and CEO of El Shaddai Consulting, a minority and women business enterprise certified full-service human resource company; Harris serve on the Detroit chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management’s education committee and as an advisor to the Association of Talent Development’s board of directors.
