Earl Wickman was born and raised in Alma, Michigan. He met and served in the Army with a variety of characters and heroes from Alma. This is a compilation of many of these people. Earl Wickman was born March 19, 1923 in Alma, Michigan. He has lived in Alma his entire life, other than the 3 years in the service. He has 5 children, 5 grand children and 5 great grand children. At 95 he continues to live an active life, which he attributes to a healthy lifestyle of regular exercise and a nutritious diet. He is an avid reader and remains curious and a life-long learner. He can still be seen out and about visiting friends, frequenting the library, the college rec center for work outs, or local sporting events - enjoying the town he loves so much.
