She was born and raised in a small town in Michigan, in a fun, loving Christian home, with both of her parents and her only sibling, an older brother. The first half of her life was simple and care free.
In 2004, at the age twenty-four, she married the man that she thought she would be with forever. Four years later, infidelity ripped through her marriage causing her life and mental well-being to spiral downward in a way that she had never experienced before. She found herself sinking in deep despair and depression with no hope for a happy future.
Incredibly, she used her faith to pick up the pieces, heal, recover, and succeed in life. She uses her story of overcoming heartbreak, marital separation, and ultimately a very public and humiliating divorce; as well as losing all of her material possessions in that process, to encourage women around the world and inspire them to overcome. She s travels and speaks to women worldwide, encouraging them to experience the same healing and freedom that she was able to obtain.
