Overview
A rivalry started millenniums ago on the continent of Atlantis between two souls – a good one and an evil one. Those souls had been reincarnating and fighting each other ever since. Finally, in 1807, the rivalry ended on the Island of Haiti-Bohio when the good soul, who bore the name Benepère Saint-Ange, broke the curse and passed away at the of ninety-nine. Unfortunately, the Evil soul, known as Sam Mauvais, the sorcerer, raped Lea Saint-Ange, the granddaughter of Benepère Saint-Ange, who had moved on two years earlier. Leon Saint-Ange, Lea's brother, a young wizard, killed Sam in a duel, avenging his sister's honor. That night Leon reignited the rivalry. Also that same evening, both Lea and Leon's wife, Simone, became pregnant. From that time on, the fight to stop Simone's pregnancy began. The only way to stop her from carrying the child of light would be to kill her. And that was the intention of the sorcerers and demons, Lea included.

Also that same evening, both Lea and Leon's wife, Simone, became pregnant. From that time on, the fight to stop Simone's pregnancy began. The only way to stop her from carrying the child of light would be to kill her. And that was the intention of the sorcerers and demons, Lea included. She tried to kill her sister-in-law. Leon decided to move his wife from the village to the city of Miragoâne, thinking it would be safer because the Atlantean spirits inhabited the lake that was there. The problem was that the road would be perilous. They would have to fight to make it to the city before nightfall. Otherwise, they would indeed lose their lives. Once they started the trip, they would not be able to go back home. The demons vowed to keep trying to terminate the baby even if she made it to the city.
