From Chicago but now residing in Australia, Michael Jarosky is a former Strategic & Financial Consultant (CPA / MBA Economics) turned author, personal trainer, writer for various fitness magazines, and health and wellness columnist for Australia's largest newspaper corporation. His book, 40 Days as a City Caveman, documents his own weight loss and lifestyle change. Michael is the founder of ‘Droptober’, which encourages a worldwide audience to lose weight via healthy lifestyle changes while raising money for charity in the month of October.
