Dr. Carman with his wife Ginger were the founding pastors of “Victory Love Fellowship” in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The church grew from 35 people to a weekly attendance of over 3200 and became one of the largest churches in New Mexico. They are the founders of “Victory World Missions”; a mission organization that has brought Dr. Carman to over 55 nations where he has trained over 37,000 national pastors. He has been awarded two honorary doctorate degrees from two separate universities. He also served as executive international field director and institute missions director at “Christ for the Nations Institute” in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Carman travels extensively overseas training national pastors and church leaders in biblical principals that cause them to break growth barriers so they can influence their communities for God!
