Janet McCarroll is an American Author and a California native. Apart from being a writer Janet is also a professional film actress, clinical counselor, and an animal rights activist. Her dream as a child was to become a royal biographer but decided to take a different approach to this passion and created a children's historical fiction series instead. Elizabeth and the Piccadilly Council was Janet's way of combining her love of royal history and magical adventures.
