About the author
Wayne Gerber has 35 years of experience as an epidemiologist, consultant, market researcher, facilitator and trainer. He founded Sungate Advisors in 2002 after having been a managing partner and Director of Consulting Services at Staub leadership for eight years. With his broad experience he assesses organizational effectiveness, designs and implements developmental processes, facilitates leadership development and organizational change, and coaches individuals and teams. Wayne earned a Master of Science in Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology, both from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
