Overview
Everything in life is available to us when we understand that the ideals, perceptions and success theories currently held within us must die and our minds about success renewed. Regardless of our background, our level of education, or our socioeconomic status, the thoughts we harbor are our own. No matter what we were taught in our youth, no matter what privileges we had or didn't have, advantages in life are created by thought. We eventually succumb to the life that we have thought into existence. This book is about transformation from who you are to who you want to be. No one else can be held accountable for achieving a life you have envisioned. If we have not achieved the life we have imagined, then we must completely die to self to succeed.

About the author
Phillip has overcome some seemingly insurmountable obstacles in life that many of you are struggling with this very moment. Phillip was diagnosed with a life-threatening disease in 2012 with a prognosis of 18 to 24 months to live. Due to the disease, he lost kidney function and was told that he would never be eligible for a kidney transplant. Imagine the initial shock and devastation. That was eight years ago and today Phillip is cancer free and has received a kidney transplant. This was all predicated on a major paradigm shift. What paradigm are you living by? What's holding you back? What's keeping you from achieving those things that you desire? We all want better health, a peaceful life, more money and a life of freedom. Why do some overcome overwhelming odds while others fall victim? Everything that exists in our lives exists because we allow it based on our paradigm. What is a paradigm and how do you change it? A paradigm is simply a system of beliefs that you have adapted over a lifetime. These beliefs shape how you view things that happen around you and in the world. How can you change it? You must have an insatiable desire to be in control of your thoughts and a willingness to take action. Phillip discovered the power of his words and identified a method of creating a different outcome other than death. Phillip soon realized everything in him had to die. Many of the things he learned about life and survival had to die. His ideals about success had to die. His fears, society's so-called proven methods, his philosophies and his perceptions all had to die for him to achieve control of his own destiny. You too have the ability to change your fate. You too have within you something far greater than what the world has led you to believe. Phillip has traveled down a road of despair, hardship and discouragement. He overcame by using the very techniques outlined in this book. Every major shift in your life begins with a decision. You must first decide that change is necessary. Once the decision has been made, you must develop a plan of action. Then above all work that plan of action. Whether you plan to fail or to succeed is solely up to you. Phillip is living proof that you too can overcome unexpected and harsh circumstances. Life is life and it isn't always fair or easy. Self-reflection is paramount to identifying and reshaping stagnate and destructive core beliefs. It becomes a point that you must choose to die to self in order to succeed.
