Simone Diston was born in the country of Warragul in Victoria, Australia. But she considers herself to be a city girl as she moved to Perth when she was five where she has been residing since. Since early High School, she has always enjoyed English and developed a passion for writing fiction. She self-published a book of short stories titled "conversations and adventures" in September 2013. She also enjoys reading classical novels and attending basketball games.
