Mistress Morgan recruits a cursed child to serve her guild of vampire hunters. During the boy's service he encounters a rare form of magic that induces strange effects upon him. Despite gradually going down a self-destructive path he continues to endure the dark magics in hopes that it will prove beneficial for the guild that took him in.
