Dr. Romel Wrenn is a Cardiovascular Disease Specialist in Fairbanks, Alaska. He received his medical degree from the Tulane School of Medicine and completed his cardiology fellowship at Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. He enjoyed private practice in Alexandria, Louisiana until March 2012. He then joined the Harry and Sally Porter Heart and Vascular Center, Fairbanks, Alaska in April 2012. Dr. Wrenn is an alumnus of Louisiana State University, and served in the Unites States Army, Medical Corp for nine years. Dr. Wrenn has the privilege of teaching paramedic, physician assistant, and medical students. He enjoys inspiring young people to consider science as a career. He is the author of "ABCs of Human Body" workbook for children and an E-book, "Corpy the Little Red Corpuscle."
