An Instructional Designer based in Toronto, Canada Lia works as a freelancer to design and develop training for organizational groups. She holds a Masters in Education from Athabasca University, specializing in Instructional Design Technology for Adults. She also holds an MBA from Phoenix University, HR Certification from Ryerson University and a Bachelor of Arts from Western University. She enjoys writing, painting in her free time. She is also the author of The Regenerators: Adventures in Learning released in 2016.
