Todd rules! I discovered this book the actual day my godson Hudson was born. What a glorious gift to give to a newborn baby. My husband and I always used breathing techniques with our daughter from the time that she could understand and it helped her immensely with the anxiety of kid, preteen and teenage hood. The most amazing thing about this book is that it is it is a lesson couched in a really fun, funny, Easy to absorb story for kids of all ages. And the art is so creative. Highly recommend.
