About the author
Joseph Bernard, Ph.D. Counseling Psychology has been counseling for over 35 years. During that time he developed his highly refined skills of asking questions and encouraging his client to live more fully. He has explored the great western traditions of psychology and the eastern wisdom of meditation, mindfulness, yoga and tai chi.
