About the author
REZA TORKZADEH is a Los Angeles-based personal injury lawyer whose practice is dedicated to handling serious personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout California. Reza is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, American Association for Justice, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the National Safety Council. Reza was selected to be on the 2010 California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. Only 2.5 percent of the lawyers in California were selected for that honor. ALLEN P. WILKINSON was admitted to the California State Bar in 1979. He started his legal career working for the legendary San Francisco trial lawyer Melvin Belli for 10 years. With Mr. Belli, Allen wrote the popular consumer book Everybody’s Guide to the Law in 1986, for which Allen did a completely revised and updated second edition in 2003, published by HarperCollins. Allen has written extensively for the legal profession and is a highly regarded legal scholar. Allen currently lives in Laguna Woods, California, where he concentrates on legal writing and consulting with personal injury lawyers and law firms.
