About the author
Sidney Parker Holt (1968-) is a full-time international Software Development Consultant. Diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 30, finally he understood what had been hindering his decision making and his life for so long. He shared his experiences dealing with the syndrome with many other ADDers and, in 2010, he finally wrote the book he had in his mind for years. "ADD Simplified is my way of helping out other ADDers, so that they can learn from my experience, as I have learned from other ADDers," he explains. "Why learn things the hard way if you don't have to?" Sidney is married to Birgit and has two children, Robin (2005) and Amber (2009). You can reach him at sidney@addsimplified.com.
