Marie-Nadia is a Food Scientist, an event manager, an ICT management consultant (MBA), and an EBook author. She created “Hautes Celebrations” a luxury cake catering for weddings, events and celebrations based in Brussels, Belgium which caters to Belgium, Luxemburg, the Netherlands and France. She also own Qualimax, an ICT management consultancy firm. She is a creative and acclaimed gourmet cake creator and decorator. She lives in Belgium with her family.
