About the author
Kathryn Arritt, of Roanoke, VA, grew up in the 1960’s in Asheville, NC. This may have contributed to her love of the creative arts and expanding her vision in many art forms. Working in very technical and sometimes challenging professions she loved, Kathy still used her creative expression as a positive contrast and escape. After retirement she continued to seek new ventures to express her visions. Her creative talents and her quirky personality have led to storytelling. This is Kathy’s first published story. It is a topic she threw herself into. The miracle moment a child enters our world is magical, and it comes alive in the pages of her book through the story and the vivid illustrations.
