Dr. Woods is an expert in leadership development and curriculum design. With over 20 years of corporate experience leading teams, Dr. Woods utilizes his previous work experience to design, implement, and facilitate learning academies for leaders, youth, and parents. Also, Dr. Woods was an accomplished student-athlete, earning a full track and field scholarship to The University of Rhode Island (URI). As a Division 1 All-American in the 400 hurdles, Dr. Woods was inducted into the URI Athletic Hall of Fame. With expertise in leadership development, Dr. Woods can inspire and motivate leaders, students, athletes, and parents, to become the best version of themselves.
