There are stories reflecting on my Beloved late Husband, stories from childhood, and stories of travel. I write about happenings with food and reveal favorite recipes. I reflect on family and lost loved ones. I pray for Israel, and put forward views and wisdom on Israel and Palestine. I express deep thoughts on the Divine. I express my humanism.

I desire to engage us all to heal the world. We all, in our own way, change our world. It is important to always check-in with yourself, and we should watch our own brain and body. I know one thing: I love my family, friends, and communities, and those that inspire me, no matter what happens. In this book, you can read my stories that describe so much about myself and where I am from. I know that people and the world around us can create goodness, ye’tzer tov in Hebrew. But, we need to continuously struggle to achieve goodness to mitigate the bad or evil, ye’tzer rah in Hebrew.

About The Author


I was born in Palestine in 1935 and participated in the birth of Israel in 1948. I have been a lifelong peace dancer, humanist, feminist, and entrepreneur. I pray for healing and peace for both Israelis and Palestinians.
