Norma DeShields has extensive experience and knowledge in the Music Industry. She began her career in radio in the early 90’s. From there she worked at several record companies - Motown, Zoo Entertainment, Giant, A&M, Interscope, TVT, and Virgin. Her many years as a Radio Marketing and Promotion Manager gave her a keen knowledge of how to get records on the radio and a network that has grown vastly. Norma is the founder of DeShields Entertainment, a full-service radio marketing and promotion company.
