About The Author

Patricia Gardner finds her inspiration for her children's stories in her own family life. Her latest book, "4 Sweet sisters, 3 Silly Aunts", is inspired by bond shared by her own 4 daughters, celebrating the various seasons of their sisterhood, from childhood playmates to becoming adult "Aunts". Tricia writes to reveal the sacred in the events of ordinary life, "finding God in all things", to quote St. Ignatius. This is Tricia's second children's book and third book overall. Her first book, "Traveling with Mary" is a simple, abridged version of the Spiritual Exercises with the accompaniment of Mary., leading the reader into a deeper friendship with Christ. When she is not writing, Tricia enjoys time at the beach, kayaking, doing pottery, reading and most importantly hanging out with her husband, her eight adult children, and soon to be two granddaughters!
