3SqMeals started as a one person's quest - Dr. O', to spread original messages of hope, optimism, wisdom, and encouragement all over the world. Filled with a desire to reach as many people as possible, the thought of tweeting the messages came to mind. The goal was simple - to offer original quotes and messages up to three times daily all over the world using the platform of social media. The messages and quotes are applicable to daily living. Dr. Olarewaju James Oladipo (Dr. O’) is the founder of 3SqMeals, a physician with an interest in the care of the injured. He has a genuine interest in the well being of people outside the realm of medicine, an interest that spurned him to establish 3SqMeals as a mission to influence others in a positive way. He is a published author of fiction novels (White Coat -2006; House Calls - 2007) that address the intricacies of human relationship with respect to family, personal development, and mentoring.
