About The Author

Jim Graff is a dynamic pastor, leader, and author who loves helping people find hope and purpose in every area of their lives. For thirty-four years, Jim, along with his wife Tamara, has pastored Faith Family Church, a vibrant, life-giving church in Victoria, Texas. Under his leadership, it has grown from 300 to 4,000 members in a city of approximately 65,000 and was named one of America's Outstanding Protestant Churches in a national study conducted by the University of North Carolina. His community also voted him the second most influential person in their thirteen-county area. In addition to his love for the Church, Jim has a great passion for those who lead it. He enjoys connecting with and coaching pastors in both life and ministry. He does this as the president and founder of Significant Church Network—an organization focused on developing thriving, significant churches in America's smaller, overlooked cities and communities. The network also works to create church planting movements among the unreached people groups of the world. Jim's book, A Significant Life, details much of this journey. After Jesus, Jim's greatest passion is his family. He has been happily married to Tamara, his college sweetheart, since 1985. Together, they have four children, two daughters-in-law, one son-in-law, and five grandchildren.
