About the author

Pauline McCartney Wallace was born in Nassau, Bahamas. She grew up in a large family where her parents emphasized the importance of self-love, high morals, education, spirituality, and being kind to anyone in need. Pauline is a survivor who has fine-tuned the art of praying and saying positive affirmations. Pauline started to affirm and pray during a time in her life when she lived far away from her family and needed the inner strength to deal with life's challenges. It was during this time that she and her older children sang a song that she penned, titled Why Me Oh Lord? The passing of Pauline's parents and some of her siblings made her even more determined to be successful. So, she kept a strong countenance and pressed on through the pain and grief. When her youngest daughter was born with abnormalities, she wanted to give up. However, she prayed and said positive affirmations as her daughter underwent many surgeries and visited countless doctors. In fact, Pauline remained kind and always had a welcoming smile through it all. She is the author of a blog on Facebook and Instagram where she shares daily inspirational messages for her followers. Daily Affirmations by Pauline can also be found on YouTube. Pauline thanks her husband, children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces, and nephews for their unwavering support. She dedicates this journal to her parents John and Margaret McCartney of Nassau, Bahamas via Tarpum Bay, Eleuthera. Pauline said, "I know that my parents are watching my accomplishments with pride." She submits that she is and will forever be a child of God.
