Overview
This anthology is a collection of 12 dystopian short stories set in the year 2031 by established and emerging authors.
Description
This collection of 12 short stories uses dystopian fiction to imagine our world in less than a decade. Governmental and environmental dystopias blend with science fiction realism to create vastly different but not implausible visions for our future.
About the author
GINA MINGOIA is a graduate student and writing assistant at Long Island University Post on Long Island, NY. As a student and writer, she has published both academic essays and creative nonfiction works of hers in various academic journals and literary magazines. This is her first published fiction piece. In the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Gina and her sister founded Lightning Tower Press, LLC to provide more opportunities for publication to students and other authors and to fight against publisher gatekeeping.
