About The Author


Loren Murfield, Ph.D. met Johnny Rodgers as Johnny was returning to college in 1993 and Loren was finishing his Ph.D. in Communication Studies at the University of Nebraska. After a decade of teaching communication and leadership courses to undergraduates and graduate students, Loren left academia to write books and coach executives. Today he is the author of 13 books and a weekly blog while facilitating a monthly mastermind for radical change called the TED Talk Think Tank at Tampa’s Centre Club.
