About the author
For more than 20 years, David Ryals, Advanced MSc P.T., M.T.C. has dedicated his career to helping people rehabilitate/optimize their health. In 1990, he became Stony Brook U.'s Representative as one of top 20 college students for the inventions of a prosthetic robotic arm & an android to help people with disabilities. In 1991, David became the 1st Physical Therapy student to pass the "physiology challenge exam" @ Downstate Medical Center in NY.
With approximately 10 years of college, David is a certified specialist in orthopedics & manual therapy ("P.T., M.T.C.") - & also specializes in Lymphedema management & Vestibular Rehabilitation. David has been studying, educating, & lecturing people (in between, before, &/or after providing physical therapy to his patients in SE Florida) on the topics of diet, nutrition, anticoagulants, health, exercise, posture - as well as the rest of the subjects of this book!
