"Who Played......"

A light hearted memory game that brings back many of the TV shows and movies that we all enjoyed growing up.

"Who played......" was written with the Baby Boomer generation in mind, but there are many of the younger generation who are watching reruns of the shows that we grew up with. Shows like " Gilligans Island", "Dick van Dyke" and " Andy Griffith" are still running. They were wholesome shows that were entertaining for the entire family. The book is written asking multiple questions on each show or movie, with the answers on the next page. This book would be great for anyone wanting to get lost in their memories of a better time. With the world in such chaos now, a little distraction might be fun and relaxing.

I was born in Louisville, Ky. Being the youngest of four children, (my sister, the third child, was six years older than me), I spent most of my early years pretty much as a loner. By the time I was ten, my two brothers and sister were married and on their own. The majority of my time was either spent at the library, at home reading or watching TV. I started noticing certain actors appearing in different shows and sitcoms and could identify them by name. When I was old enough to go to the movies on my own, I would pick movies that had certain actors I liked. This continued into the 60's, 70's and 80's. I soon discovered it was fun asking friends and family "Who played in this movie?", or "Who played in this sitcom?" In my mid thirties I started looking for books to satisfy my insatiable trivia passion, but couldn't find what I was looking for. I tried Trivial Pursuit and the computer game You Don't Know Jack, but they weren't what I was looking for, so I decided to write my own book. After several months of extensive research, I wrote "Who played......", a TV and movie trivia book of TV from the 60's, 70's and 80's, and movies from the 30's to the 80's. It's written tongue in cheek and taxing to the old grey matter. So let's take a trip down memory lane, and tell me "Who played......"
